On poker nights at my house, we play Texas Hold-em tournament style.

Each tournament lasts for 1 1/2 hours, and each round is 15 minutes. And we usually play 4-5 tournaments, as long as people want to stay and play.

The buy in is $20, and you get 2,500 chips to start.
You can buy back in for the first 45 minutes. So if you are eliminated in the first 3 rounds, you can buy back in for $10 and get 1,500 chips.
At the 45 minute mark, there is a chance to add on chips.
If you have less than 1500 chips, you can buy 3,000 chips for $20.
If you have less than 3000 chips, you can buy 1,500 chips for $10.

We then continue to play for the final 45 minutes. No re-buys at this point. And we play for position. We will announce the number of positions paid and the payout during the break.

Round/Blind structure (15 minute rounds)

Round 1: 50/100
Round 2: 100/200
Round 3: 200/400
Break (Add-ons done at this time)
Round 4: 300/600
Round 5: 400/800
Round 6: 500/1000
Winners paid out.

There are some side games that are optional. These will be discussed before starting.

Based on my speed and rev rate, I expected the [bowlingball value="8535"/] to match up well for me because of the polished coverstock. I seem to throw polished bowling balls better because that helps me get the ball further down the lane. This bowling ball was very smooth, controllable, and the color combination worked well for my eyes to see the motion.

You can see in the bowling ball reaction video that I had a lot of area at the break point. If you watch the video, you can see me swing it out to about board 7 on one shot and tug it to only about 13 on another, and both gave me great looks into the pocket.

This bowling ball goes very long, which I tend to like with my lower ball speed. But it still hits like a truck. I know it has the old Danger Zone coverstock, which doesn’t mean a ton to me, but that used to be a bowling ball that people absolutely had to have when it came out.

Continuing on their recent series of snake bowling balls, Brunswick has just announced the [bowlingball value="7587"/].

This Advanced Performance series of balls has been a great seller for Brunswick. Again, the information was just made available yesterday, I will put some more out as soon as I can.

[bowlingball value="7587,i150"/]

Strike at will with Brunswick’s new Diamondback! The [bowlingball value="7587"/] registers a [bowlingball value="7587,ps"/] and is current [bowlingball value="7587,price"/].

Coverstock
Activator Solid Coverstock: The Diamondback™ is the first ball with Activator Solid coverstock available at the Advanced Performance price point. The original Activator coverstock used on the Diamondback is a proven formula that provides strong downlane recovery, longevity of ball reaction, and unprecedented durability with superior resistance to cracking.

Core

Low RG Rocket Core:
The Diamondback uses the proven Brunswick multi-sided Rocket™ core system, providing a low RG core that when combined with the original Activator coverstock produces a ball reaction that is unmatched at the Advanced Performance price point. Clean through the front with an aggressive move at the breakpoint, the Diamondback gives amazing bang for the buck. There isn’t another ball in this class that’s even close.

Reaction Characteristics

Ball Motion:
With its 2,000 Siaair Micro Pad finish, the Diamondback will provide good length with a strong continuous backend reaction that matches up on medium to oily lane conditions for a wide range of bowling styles.

Reaction Setup:
The Diamondback can be drilled using the standard drilling techniques developed for symmetric bowling balls.
