Storm Victory Road Bowling Ball Review

    Pin to PAP(4 1/2″ over 0″ up) – 3 1/2″
    Mass Bias Position – N/A
    Balance Hole – 3/4″ x 1″ on PAP
    PSA Layout – 3 1/2″ x 4 5/8″, 2 7/8″ pin buffer

Surface Preparation – Out of Box (1500 Grit Polish)

Wow, the [bowlingball value="9109"/] is an amazing bowling ball. The length and hook on the backend were fantastic. This bowling ball pounded the pocket and exploded the rack.

It was snappy on the backend, but not “jumpy”. It had a predictable backend snap.

The pearlized coverstock gives the ball length, while the 1500 grit polish helped give it backend.

Use this bowling ball to travel down Victory Road.

But the [bowlingball value="9109"/] at bowlingball.com for [bowlingball value="9109,price"/].  While shopping, pick up a new pair of bowling shoes.  There are some fantastic values available now for cheap bowling shoes.

The Storm Marvel Bowling Ball Review

    Pin to PAP(4 1/2″ over 0″ up) – 4″
    Mass Bias Position – N/A
    Balance Hole – 3/4″ x 1″ on PAP
    PSA Layout – 4″ x 4″, 2″ pin buffer

Surface Preparation – Out of Box (2000 Grit Abralon)

The [bowlingball value="9108"/] has a very smooth overall roll. It didn’t seem “jumpy” at all, which helps me feel more in control. I have always had an affinity to symmetrical cores for this reason.

In the video, I did have a couple of bad shots, but you can see that the ball helped me recover from them very well.

The colors are also pleasing to my eye. I am a fan of blues, and this ball has many shades of blue.  Buy at bowlingball.com for [bowlingball value="9108,price"/].

While shopping at bowlingball.com, you may also consider picking up some bowling shoes.  There are some great deals going on right now on some cheap bowling shoes.

    Storm Virtory Road Bowling Ball

    [bowlingball value="9109,i150"/]

The [bowlingball value="9109"/] is currently selling for [bowlingball value="9109,price"/] and rates a [bowlingball value="9109,ps"/].

    Storm Natural Pearl

    [bowlingball value="8937,i150"/]

The [bowlingball value="8937"/] is a Urethane bowling ball set to release November 24, 2010.  Storm is going old school Urethane and I think it’s a great idea.  New technology, and the biggest hooking bowling balls are not always the best for your lane condition.  Sometimes you need to change the bowling ball you are using, and sometimes that change should be to older technology.  Storm is combining the two, with old and new technology together.

How do you think the reaction of this will compare to storm's existing natural, or brunswick's avalanche urethane?

    Roto Grip Nomad Dagger

    [bowlingball value="8936,i150"/]

The [bowlingball value="8936"/] is an upcoming advanced performance bowling ball that is set to release in late November.  Continuing on the Nomad theme of bowling balls, this polished hybrid reactive bowling ball should be a great compliment to the Nomad bowling ball line.

    Roto Grip Theory

    [bowlingball value="8935,i150"/]

The [bowlingball value="8935"/]  is a new release in the Cell Line of bowling balls.  Roto Grip may be changing the name and going with a more mathematical line of names.  Notice the Sigma symbol in the logo of the Theory.  I am excited to try the new release.  Once I get a chance to throw the ball, we will release the video and reviews.  Should be in the next few weeks.

Best Bowling Balls on the Market

People are always asking “What are the Best Bowling Balls on the Market?”  That is always a very tough question to answer.  You need to match your game (style, release, speed, etc…) and the lane conditions (surface type, amount of oil, placement of oil, length of oil) to the bowling ball.

There are so many factors, that it is impossible to say there is any one best bowling ball on the market.  However, you can be sure to find all of the best bowling balls on the market at bowlingball.com.  We sell all of the top brand bowling equipment including Brunswick, Storm, Roto Grip, Lane #1, Hammer, and more.

    Storm Reign Supreme

    [bowlingball value="8901,i150"/]

The [bowlingball value="8901"/] is set to release on Oct 10, 2010. This bowling ball is using the R2S Hybrid shell, which was used on the [bowlingball value="6811"/]. This coverstock was fantastic on the [bowlingball value="6811"/], so I can’t wait to see how it reacts with the C.A.M. (Continuous Axis Migration) core.

    Storm Anarchy Bowling Ball

    [bowlingball value="8900,i150"/]

The Fall releases are starting to roll out and one that I am excited about is the [bowlingball value="8900"/]. I will get a chance to throw this in an upcoming video and will post my review here. The ad copy from Storm is impressive, making this ball sound very amazing. “… So, the goal of the new Anarchy is to develop a high-end strong asymmetrical that is clean through the heads and turns over sharp at the break point, even for bowlers without all the revs of the tour guys ….”.

Did you ever get a chance to throw one of the Anarchy's yet? I am interested in this ball but it seems like no one has seen one yet.

The ball is unbelievable- cuts sharp in the backend and is fairly forgiving when you don't hit the pocket square.
