Hi Mike,

Everything depends on your release being very consistent. Your release affects your positive axis point (PAP) and your PAP dictates how you should drill the ball.

Watch Talk Bowling episode #15 for some more information about your PAP.

hello , I have questions in my mind about the counter wieghts in the ball and how they affect the hook on the ball and if it matters how you drill the ball with different core wieghts. I have a storm furious and just cant make it hook like it should. I think it could be the wy it was drilled ,or not . could be me , bu ti need to know this. I am not very experienced bowler , sometimes it does and most times it just has back end motion . thank you fo ryour time .......mike
